Bike transportation und E-Bike service stations
To reduce the distance up the hill and, above all, to make it more relaxing, there are two summer rails which take you up the Hochkönig with your bicycle. The possibility to carry bikes and e-bikes is given on the Kabinenbahn Karbachalm as well as on the chairlift Schwarzeckalm, which has room for 6 people.
Even steeper ascents all the way up to the summit are easy with the e-bike and you won't have to overexert yourself. Up on the mountain the hut hosts will serve you a hearty alpine snack, while your e-bike is charged at the charging station.
